What is VIP day?
VIP Day is an exclusive shopping experience for guests who want first access to the newest products and best selection before the show officially opens to the public. To ensure a comfortable shopping environment for all attendees, strollers, wagons, Hulken or roller bags, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED on VIP Day with exception for ADA: Wheelchairs, Mobility Aids, and Other Power-Driven Mobility Devices are allowed.Children ages 6 and older must have a VIP Admission ticket; Child Admission tickets will not be accepted.
Can VIP tickets be used on another day?
If you miss the VIP Day, the ticket may be used on any other one day during general admission hours. Please note that you will not receive your tote bag if not attending on VIP Day.
Will Santa be available for pictures?
Santa will be available for pictures during show hours on the top floor.
Do children need tickets?
Children under the age of 6 are free for everyday of the event.
Children age 6 -12 are required to have a ticket to enter.
On VIP day, everyone age 6 and up is required to have a VIP ticket for entry.
What is the bag policy on VIP Day?
Strollers, wagons, Hulken or roller bags, etc. are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. You will not be allowed entry with any sort of wheeled carriage/cart.
The BJCC clear bag rules does not apply to our show.
What is the bag policy on regular admission day?
On regular admission day (Early Shopper or General Adult Admission), you are allowed any type of bag that includes strollers and wheeled carriage/cart. The BJCC clear bag rules does not apply to our show.
Online Ticket Purchase Process
If you purchased an Early Shopper, General Admission, Child, or VIP ticket online, you will be sent an email confirmation of your tickets. You may present the tickets digitally on your phone or print them out on the day you attend the show.
No printed tickets will be mailed to your address.

BJCC- North Hall
Parking is available at the various parking garages around the BJCC. Accessible parking is also available at all parking garages of the BJCC. Guests using these spaces must display proper state-issued placard or tag. Spaces are on a first-come, first-serve basis. Click Here for additional parking locations.
RAMPS/ENTRANCES
The main entrances to the North Exhibition Hall are accessible to all guests. All restrooms are accessible.
DROP OFF/PICK UP
Drivers may drop off or pick up passengers with a mobility issue off of Richard Arrington Jr. Blvd in the round about located in front of the building.
Are wheelchairs available?
There are no wheelchairs available for rent at The BJCC.
Are wheelchairs allowed?
Yes, wheelchairs are allowed at The BJCC on any day of the show.
What time can I come on Early Shopper days?
You can enter the show ONE hour early on Early Shopper days.
Thursday - Sunday starting at 9am. Sunday starting at 11am.
If you purchased a VIP ticket at Cottontails, you can use it at the Christmas Village Festival in the same year.
