Thank you for applying to be a vendor for one of our festivals. There are 2 ways to apply, one is to download the PDF application and then print it, fill it out, and mail it (or fax) with payment to the address specified. The newest way is to fill out the online application and make your payment through paypal.com. Both ways are equally effective so click on your choice below.
