For those of you that do not know about Christmas Village:

We are a twenty-seven-year-old promotion company specializing, in indoor arts, crafts and gifts events. We have proudly seen one million customers pass through our gates and have extensive exhibitor base of three thousand. During Christmas Village Festival in November 2009, exhibitors paid taxes on a reported 6 1/2 million dollars in sales. Current shows include Christmas Village Festival Birmingham, and Cottontail's Village Art's, Crafts, & Gifts Show Birmingham.

What? This event is the largest indoor arts, crafts and gifts show in this area. Over 6 1/2 million dollars in sales reported for this 5 day event last year.

Why? Customers have been coming to this show for 28 years. Average attendance for this five- day show is over 46,000. Customers start calling in December for the next November's show dates so they may schedule their vacation for this show.

Who? Exhibitors for this show come from over 35 states and Canada. Over 750 10 x 10 booths create this show. Show space normally sells out to exhibitors 9 months before the show date. Customers' average age is from 25-70 years old. Customers come from several different states. Eight out of ten customers spend more than $10 at the show. Three out of ten have taken one or more vacation days to be the first customers to enter this show.

Private Shopping - This is a no stroller, no large wire shopping cart and no 2 wheel rolling bag day. This years date is Wednesday November 3. Adults $20.00 includes shopping bag while they last. Show opens from 9 AM - 4 PM. Call 205 836-7173. Ticket sales for this day start on October 1 and end on October 29 (while they last.) Handicap customers are welcome on this day. (Vendor carts and food carts allowed.)

Advance/Early Bird Shopping - Ticket order forms are mailed the 1st week in October. The last day to order tickets by phone or mail is October 29. Please call (205) 836-7173 for ticket orders. This phone line is open for the month of October. Ticket prices are $10.00 for Adults, $4.00 for Children. The private shopping day ticket price is $20.00. (Includes shopping bag and entrance to the show.)
